Pack
Pack up your tools securely in an appropriate package & include enough packing material to protect your tools during shipment. Make sure to include your name either in or on the box. You don’t have to include a return label in the package as we will add this to your invoice total when you pay.

Upon us receiving your package, you will be notified of receipt. The work is then completed within 1-2 business days. If a repair on one item is projected to exceed $50, we will email you for approval.
Pay
We will email you an invoice for payment. You may also pay by phone. Once you have paid, your package will be sent back to you via UPS or USPS and you will be emailed a return tracking number.
